Biometric Thresholds

Understanding the Biometric Threshold

The Biometric Threshold is a metric representing the minimum confidence level required for the app to automatically verify a user's identity. It ensures that the app balances automated speed and security accuracy.
How is it Calculated?
The threshold is based on multiple factors:
Facial Recognition Match: The similarity between the ID photo and selfie.
Liveness Score: The confidence level that the selfie was taken in real-time.
Document Authenticity: Checks if the scanned ID is genuine.
The aggregated score determines if it meets the set biometric threshold.
